Crystal is a domain expert for agile transformation that our organization is going through. Crystal is playing and will continue to drive
our organization for continued transformation for agile transformation. We needed Crystal to think long term on how should our
organization evolve for this journey.
Crystal has an impressive ability to truly listen to everyone’s opinion and then summarize the key points in an unbiased manner. This
is a skill that I hope she can help others take on as well as it would improve work environments in general
Crystal identified a business need in our product line and worked effortlessly to obtain buy-in from leadership team members.
Afterwards she led the effort to meet leaders outside of our product line to share and implement a business strategy that supported
other teams in meeting similar goals at an enterprise level. As a member of the other product line, Crystal has demonstrated to me
her leadership assets by working in a collective and collaborative manner. We focus on the vision, goals and objective and work
together to implement the new business solution(s).
Crystal has a calm demeanor and does extensive research prior to share vision/goal. She uses her knowledge and online/offline
resources to influence people for organizational change ideas. Being a calm leader is a great asset in the middle of chaos and help
people to navigate uncertainty.
